We’re so excited you have decided to book your cleaning with Neat!

Please look at the following notes prior to booking your appointment.

• Your card will not be billed until your service begins.

• Please allow a 2-3 hour window for your cleaning.

• Please leave clear instructions for our team on how to find your home key.

• Please disable any security alarms before our arrival.

• If you live in a gated community, please provide us with a code for entry or inform the security guard to avoid any delays.

• Please leave out any cleaning supplies that you would prefer our team uses.

• Please let us know of any allergies you may have or medical conditions we should be aware of for your safety.
